I got home from work, and we walked to a restaurant near my house. We ordered a shrimp appetizer, had a few margaritas, and Koz filled me in on his day. We then took the MRT to Marina Bay to watch the Marina Bay Sands light and water show. We sat outside, ate a pizza, and drank champagne. It was a really pleasant night on the water, and not too hot. The light and water show is about 30 minutes, and very interesting. It is supposed to be a story of a child who grows up.... we couldn't follow the story, but it was still fun.
After the show, we walked around MBS, and checked out the casino. To get into the casino, it's free for tourists, and S$100 for Singaporeans. You have to show your passport at the door. We walked around checking out the table games. I wanted to play something, but we couldn't really figure out any of the games. The majority of them were much different then our tables in Vegas. Koz did want to play Wheel of Fortune Slots, so he sat down, put a S$20 in the slot machine, pushed a few buttons, and the bells just kept sounding. He turned S$20 into S$200, so he cashed out! It was the quickest money I have ever seen anyone make.
