Cars in Singapore

Having a car in Singapore is very rare, and very expensive.  Applying for the papers for a car costs around $10k, and once you get the papers, it costs about another $60k, just for the papers before you buy the car.

However, I have been in many cars now, and they all have many decorations inside.  Steering Wheel covers, seat covers, seat belt covers, etc.  One of my male coworkers has Winnie the Pooh seat covers.  I took a picture of one of the seat belt covers.
